1.First install Mozilla Firebug but the latest version.

2. You can then install Notepad++ or Install Brackets. But I think the notepart++ would be good.

3. Then do it . First time do create new folder

 create a new text document

Now text document  Rename

Index.Html But cut last name   (.txt)

Enter click Now Create a index.html  and this  do this Web disign work

Go to -Organize -Folder and search options-view-

Hide extensions for known file types
 

Hide protected operatiing system files (Recommended)

(Mark two must be removed)

 

 

 Next (  Apply   and ok    ) click And show this name
